Cancellation Policy

Customer is entitled to renege on its contract within 30 days before action takes place. 
In case that a customer will cancel the capacity of more than 10 per cent of the order, within 30 to 8 days before action takes place, a customer is obliged to pay 30 per cent of ordered services. 
In case that a customer will cancel the capacity of more than 10 per cent of the order, within 7 to one day before action takes place, a customer is obliged to pay 50 per cent of ordered services. 
In case that a customer will cancel action within 24 hours before its realization or not arriving to the hotel, a customer is obliged to pay 100 per cent of the ordered services. 
Given cancellation charges refer to accommodation and congress rooms.
A deposit, in amount of 50 per cent of ordered services, has to be paid at least 14 days before action takes place. 
It is incumbent upon all guests to observe the HOTEL ORDER.
